Greetings Ninja,
Why is online video such an effective marketing tool?
The simple answer is video can literally control a viewer’s mind.
You might think that sounds a little crazy or weird, or kinda like some “evil” brainwashing scheme.
But it’s not, so relax.
Let me ask you a question… have you ever cried in a movie theater, or while watching a video at home?
Have you ever felt warm inside about a happy ending?
Have you ever been so angry with the bad guy in a movie that you wanted to kick him where it counts?
We all have, and here’s why…
The area of your brain that deals with sound and sight connects with almost every other part of your
brain, including the areas of your brain that control your physical actions.
In other words, a video message delivered to prospects effectively can compel them to take action, and thus, to buy your product or service.
And video marketing is one of the easiest services to sell to local business owners. Why?
Because, even though they may not be able to get their brains around SEO, they totally “get” video. They’ve been watching movies and TV their entire lives.
So, why am I telling you this?
Well, apart from the fact that it’s just really good to know this stuff…
My friend Chris Ramsey just launched a powerful new software app which will allow you to totally
DOMINATE YouTube for your clients, or your own offers…
ON AUTOPILOT!
There’s nothing else out there quite like this. This YouTube video bot thingy is totally ninja. It’s like
having your very own smart video marketing robot.
Take a look:

Oh yeah, he’ll be providing free updates on the YouTube video bot too.
So, if you want to dominate YouTube the easy way go get it now.

Stay Ninja,
Ron Herman
p.s. I’m not sure if Chris plans to jack the price up on this later, but it wouldn’t surprise me.
p.p.s. Oh yeah, the current price is a measly $37 and… he’s offering a no hassle money back guarantee
so there’s no risk to try it out.

Doomsday (May 21 2011), judgment day, the rapture, or whatever else you want to call it, came and went like any other day. No cataclysmic events, no messiah… zip, nada, nothing. Just another day in paradise.
Whew, looks like the human race dodged another bullet. Know what I mean?
Harold Camping, the preacher who incorrectly predicted that the world would end on May 21st 2011, is now claiming that the false doomsday was merely a warning, and that the end will in fact come on October 21st 2011. This is the 2nd time he postponed doom. He originally predicted that we’d be goners in 1994.
It has to do with persuasion and influence, which has everything to do with offline marketing.
This silly event affords an excellent opportunity to study just how hard folks are to influence once they’ve already made up their minds about something; and how social proof (even if it’s never really proven), and authority (even if the authority is a kook), can persuade people to believe in and do almost anything… even if it’s totally absurd!
What’s really wacky is that the knuckleheads (gee, I hope you weren’t one of ‘em) who thought the world would end last Saturday will find some way to justify this “slight” miscalculation. I guarantee it. Want to know why? They always do…
In the 1950s a doomsday cult called “The Seekers” were certain that the world was going to end, and that the “faithful” would be rescued by space aliens, and everyone else would die in a flood.
When the fateful day (December 21, 1954) had passed without incident (or aliens) “The Seekers” were told by their leader that God had called doomsday off.
Keep in mind that these folks had given away all their money and possessions to prepare for their departure on the “flying saucer.”
The group that started and whose growth was based entirely on the premise of the cataclysm that never happened, actually grew bigger and more fanatical in their beliefs afterwards. Huh?
And once they gets persuaded they stays persuaded. (you can quote me on that)
Anyway, a fellow copywriter and sales dude, Bruce Ruby, released a nice little package on persuading offline prospects which I think you will find quite helpful. It’s called “Exactly What To Say” (to offline prospects).
You can see it at:
http://www.offlineninja.com/bruce
There’s some really good material in there, even if I don’t agree with his “installment plan” website model.
The low-rent NLP and influence material is well worth the measly ten bucks he’s asking.
There’s 7 PDFs, 3 audios, 4 DOCs, and an Excel spreadsheet of mostly really good stuff that he could easily get $100 or more for.
But he’s “giving it away” for $10.
http://www.offlineninja.com/bruce
I honestly hope he wakes up and charges a more realistic price for this, but for now it’s dirt cheap and well worth more than he’s asking.
So, you may want to hurry…
http://www.offlineninja.com/bruce
Here’s the bottom line. The guy sells too cheap. He sells offline services too cheap and this package is too cheap.
But if you ignore his “cheap price” advice and follow my “highest priced dude on the planet” routine instead, the material is otherwise really good.
So, study human nature in all it’s baffling glory, capitalize on it, and as always…
Stay Ninja,
Ron

Dear Friends & Ninja Warriors,
As you may be aware, I am always striving to uncover new and innovative profit makers for local internet marketers (like you and me). And, even if “yours truly” is a lazy dude, and I am most certainly that; quite possibly the laziest in all of the Las Vegas Valley, which would place me high in the running for laziest worldwide. Sometimes there’s a dude… Sometimes… Ugh, lost my train of thought here…
Moving right along.
I love services that I can sell to offline clients which require very little effort to perform that I can charge premium fees for. Hey, don’t look at me in that tone of voice. Just stay with me here, there’s a point to this and its not under my hat. Anyway, since I recoil from geeky grunt work like a wino from a bottle of mineral water, I always perk right up when I bungle onto another lazy-dude’s method for making bucket loads of easy money.
So what, prey-tell, am I babbling about?
Okay, have it then. I came upon a gentleman from the U.K. who is currently living in Peru, and we got to chatting on Skype. He came up with one of those real “lightbulb” ideas, a bona-fide game-changer kind of a deal. This guy (we’ll just call him Justin since that’s his name), has been creating Facebook Fanpages for his clients and charging $197 each, AND cranking out 5 of them a day!
I know, right? Way too cheap.
But he’s making $1000 a day at that low, low rate! Now, I know a couple of guys in San Diego who charge $1200 – $1500 each to create Fan Pages. So… let’s say you come in somewhere in-between, around say… $597 – $997 each. That’s like $3000 – $5000 a day! Not bad, eh? You could create the pages yourself and keep all the money, or better yet, outsource the jobs for like $50 each and keep most of the money and do none of the work (my favorite method).
Now here’s where it gets good.
Justin decided “there’s got to be a better, easier, faster way” to do this freakish, nerdy drudgery (I’m exaggerating) of creating Facebook Fan Pages. So what do you think he did? Well, being a semi-lazy dude like yours truly, he did what any other red-blooded marketer would do…
He hired some programmers, DUH!
So anyway, the software was created as a WordPress plugin. Yeah, I know, crazy right? But this plugin thingy turns any WordPress site into…
“A Freakin’ Facebook Fanpage Factory!”
He calls it Easy Fanpage Design.
Well, as we blathered on about all things marketing and such, very much like The Godfather, he made me an offer I don’t refuse. Capice? He came up with a limited-time, special offer for Offline Ninja members.
Now, understand that this is still in pre-launch. When the official launch goes live the price of this totally awesome tool will be $297 (a bargain). Right now, the pre-launch price is only $147 for a developer’s license, which allows you to create unlimited Fanpages for your clients (and charge as much as you want). However, Offline Ninjas get another $50 off the already low pre-launch price. So that makes the total cost of a developer’s license for Easy Fanpage Design only $97. Do just one Fanpage and make your money back and a few hundred bucks extra.
So, let’s recap…
Regular Price: $297
Pre-Launch Price: $147
That’s a $200 savings if you get it before the official launch!
Special Link:
Can you say screamin’ deal?
Now, there’s also a personal version if you want to create your own Facebook page, but the developer version is like having a license to print money!
Here’s the bad news…
Here’s the discount link again…
Watch the video below and see how easy it is…
And, when you get Easy FanPage Design Plug-in for WordPress through the link above, just email us through the contact interface here in your members area and I’ll shoot you my YouTube hacks guide as a bonus.
Fair enough?
Stay Ninja,
Here’s the video:
Get it now:
Stop it! Just STOP tweaking and stop beating your self up! Do you have ANY f****** idea what it means that you’re even here or that you even showed up? First, it’s AMAZING that you made the decision to be an entrepreneur – you stood up and said, “I’m going to do this thing – live this life – according to MY rules. My Rules Mr. Man! Things like safety nets, health insurance and 401k’s are for peasants, not Kings and Queens.”
And it’s a minor MIRACLE that you’ve stuck with it long enough to have ANY success at all. So, I say Pump your first in the air right now and shout “Damn I’m good! I’ve done more for my own legend than 99.9% of the other slobs who just bitch and moan about how awfully unfair life is all while their biggest contribution to changing their stars is showing up with the ice for the tailgate party”.
You’re so damn amazing and you think you’re not. Seriously, what the HELL is wrong with you? You’re AWESOME! You’re 10 TIMES better off than I was and I’ve gotta say, things turned out pretty okay for me.
~ Andy Jenkins RANTING on Stage at Mass Control to “Mass Control” Attendees
In case you didn’t catch the significance of this rant – here are some cliff notes:
You’re better than you give yourself credit for. You’ve got more skills, more experience, and more knowledge about Internet Marketing than you realize.
It’s time to get started.
First, it’s beneficial. Realizing and acknowledging your accomplishments is GOOD for your self worth. It’s what keeps the internal fire burning –
Second, there’s money in this. Good Money. VERY Good Money.
Now you’re listening, right?
Call your lawyer up and ask them what their typical home page bounce rate is.
Ask your doctor what their best EPC landing page is from their current AdWords Campaign.
Ask your accountant what the difference in conversion rate is between short and long sales copy
None of them will have the answer! I’m not poking fun at Doctors, Lawyers and Accountants, but honestly, we seem to look up to these folks as people with a SPECIAL set of Skills and Know how. We pay large amounts for their Services, don’t we?
What about people like us? Do we NOT have any special skills?
Are we NOT entitled to a profit for that extended knowledge?
Damn RIGHT we are!
DAMN RIGHT WE ARE!
Are we not even more rare? Look in the old fashioned Yellow Pages under Attorney, Accountant, and Medical Doctor…
Then try to find an “Internet Marketing Consultant”.
Which do you see more of?
WARNING: Do NOT misunderstand what I am saying – you MAY not yet be qualified to TEACH Internet Marketing to people that want to LEARN it… (Personally, I am getting sick of the people showing up in this market after just a couple of years claiming to be “GURUS”)
BUT – if you’ve been doing this for a reasonable amount of time, do you think you’d be qualified to tell your local Pizza Place that they need to change their title tag, stop using broad match, talk about benefits over features, or put an Opt-In box attached to an AutoResponder on their web site?
You ARE. Yes, you can and you absolutely SHOULD advise those who would benefit from the knowledge that you’ve sacrificed time and money to possess.
And you should definitely CHARGE a fee for it.
Let’s not even get started with the misconception about Consulting being a non-profitable business. You know why? Because until your BUSINESS starts paying your bills (And more), there is NO written rule on any blog, social media web site, or lost ancient scroll that says you can’t simply supplement, start off with, or even THRIVE by taking on a few Businesses who need your Internet Marketing Skills and start consulting for them.
Do it. If you’ve got the skills, DO IT.
I can pretty much write my own ticket right now. I’m not bragging – I’m just saying it because the ticket that I have chosen to write at this moment starts with a “C” has “onsultan” in the middle, and ends with a “t”.
That’s what I’m doing for the time being. Next week, I’m sure it will be back to the big picture kind of stuff. But for now, I’m having a fairly entertaining time telling intelligent people what to do and I am getting paid to do it.
Spend some time just pondering over what a few decent paying consulting jobs could do for the bigger picture of your business. Could it buy you a little breathing room? A little rainy day fund? A sense of security?
Forget conventional ideas.
You get to make the rules. You’re an Entrepreneur.
Just think about it.
What do you do with the business owners who just won’t hire you? Well, I have a cool method for getting passive revenue from non-buyers. The best part is that this method fosters a good relationship between you and the non-buyer (a.k.a. no sale) and keeps the door open for future business and possible referrals.
Some people just won’t buy… period!
No matter what you do or offer to a prospective client, some of them just won’t ever hire you. In fact, some of these savvy non-buyers are simply doing a little recon… market research at your expense. You spend your time telling them what they need, and all the while they’re planning to do it themselves.
Those sneaky suckers.
Now, you never want to accuse of even suggest that they may have wasted your time for their own benefit. You never know, they may decide to fork over some of their hard-earned cash to you in the future (after they find out how hard it is), so for your own sake don’t alienate them. No good every comes from being a whiner or a poor sport.
Two simple methods nobody else is talking about (because they don’t know ‘em).
There are two methods I will outline for you here and neither one of them takes much time or effort to employ once the initial setup is in place.
Here’s how to make the do-it-yourselfer/non-buyer work in your favor and still possibly get some money out of the effort you have already put forth.
METHOD 1 – AFFILIATE COMMISSION METHOD:
Now, for those of you who have been affiliate marketers, this may just seem too obvious, but here it is…
Go ahead and give the non-buyer a free resource guide – a do-it-yourselfer’s guide to online marketing. All you need to do it load all the resources with affiliate links.
Stuff they’ve gotta have to do it…
They’re going to need an autoresponder, so get affiliate links from Aweber, GetResponse, iContact, etc.. They’ll need web hosting too, so… HostGator, BlueHost, etc.. Get Clickbank and PayDotCom affiliate links for SEO Elite, Keyword Elite, Market Samurai… I think you get the idea. A little research into Commission Junction, Share-A-Sale, Azoogle, and some of the other CPA networks will probably generate more good possibilities for you too.
We will be adding a “rebrandable” resource guide like the one described above to the member’s area soon.
Oh yeah, I almost forgot…
Don’t send them to an opt-in or squeeze page. Just get their email address and attach the PDF or a direct link to download it. BUT make sure you include a link to a squeeze page within your do-it-yourself online marketing guide offering free e-course of updates with more tips delivered to their inbox on a weekly or bi-weekly basis. Hint: You can load the e-course with affiliate links too.
METHOD 2 – THE “BIRD DOG” METHOD:
Here’s another easy method to generate income from the tightwad non-buyer… Paid referrals. Give a money-conscious fellow a way to make some money with you and you may be surprised how far he will run with it. I have a client who puts a lot of effort into getting clients for me.
This dog will hunt…
You probably already have some postcards or business cards printed up (if you’re an Offline Ninja paid member you have the templates for some good ones). All you need to do is modify the postcard to have a “referred by: _________________” that the business owner can put his name in. Make sure you’re using one of the “limited discount deal” card templates that requires the card to be presented for the discount.
A commission for the bird dog and a discount for the referral.
Offer the non-buyer $100 for every client who presents the card and signs up with you. You may be surprised at the results after you deliver the first $100. Your “bird dog” may just get excited enough to refer everyone he knows. Oh yeah, deliver that first $100 in cash and in person. You’ll have a loyal bird dog for a long time if you do.
I have used this method for many years and I have never been disappointed, it works!
Do your clients want to get phone calls from their web efforts and still be able to track the response from their web efforts?
Here’s a way to do just that…
PHONE CALL RESPONSE TRACKING
Problem: Online marketing for businesses that primarily use the telephone for their initial client contact. In the past, one of the major dilemmas was how to track response when new clients call rather than signing up online.
Solution: Phone call tracking with IfByPhone.
Using Phone Call Tracking:
