To download the material to your computer, you can for the most part just click the download links provided for each module and the download box will pop up. Some browsers (EX: Firefox, Internet Explorer, Chrome) may require that you ‘right-click’ the links and then choose the “Save As” or “Save Link As” button to initiate the download.
Most files are ‘Zipped’ files (.zip) that must be unzipped to open. Once you download them to your computer you will need to unzip them using an unzip software like Winzip, WinRAR, 7Zip…etc. Most computers will already have this utility tool already installed, however if you need one (most are free) you can go to 7ZIP or WinRAR to get a copy.
To read the PDF files, you will need Adobe Reader. This is also installed in 97.68% of the computers out there, however if you need a free copy, it can be downloaded at: http://get.adobe.com/reader/.
To watch the videos, there are several media players available. Your computer should already have them installed, however if they are missing or incomplete on your computer you can download and use: http://www.videolan.org/vlc/.
